Value for money was great, such a cozy and beautiful cottage for a short break. The location was peaceful and quiet, perfect for getting away from it all. Linda, the host, was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always available to help or answer any questions. Plus, there were plenty of board games and DVDs to keep our 5-year-old entertained!

Breakfast choices could be improved, but it didn't spoil our stay.

The bathroom was super impressive with both a shower and a bath. It was like a little personal spa and made me feel so pampered and relaxed! As a traveler who enjoys a bit of luxury, this bathroom was a dream come true.

Honestly, I wish the bathroom had a bigger mirror. But hey, that's just my preference, and others might appreciate it just the way it is!

The location was absolutely mind-blowing! The cottage was super comfortable and had all the kitchen equipment we needed. We were pleasantly surprised to find milk, bread, and other goodies upon arrival. The cottage felt like a cozy home rather than a typical holiday rental. It was in a safe area, with a park nearby for the kids and great walks for our dog. The welcome pack was incredibly helpful, and the small town had everything we needed. It would be an excellent base for further travels, and we can't wait to go back. The house itself was extremely homely, and the little touches like tea, coffee, bread, and jams made us feel so welcomed. Checking in and out was a breeze, and we loved having the freedom to check out whenever we wanted. It truly felt like a warm hug after a long flight. The cottage had all the conveniences we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine, which was a lifesaver for us long-term travelers. Linda, the host, was fantastic and always available to help. The town had a small grocery shop, and there were some great dining options. Our kids enjoyed the nearby park, and we loved exploring the Fife coast from this convenient location. We only wish we could have stayed longer! This place was perfect for our family.

pitcaithly cottage was a cozy home away from home in abernethy. the welcoming touches like tea, coffee, and biscuits made us feel truly cared for. the well-equipped kitchen and unrestricted check out time were a rare find. can't wait to visit again and explore the lovely village and nearby historic sites!

Dull lighting made it difficult to get ready for the wedding.

A charming cottage with all the modern amenities. The surroundings are great for hiking. The cozy fireplace and comfortable seating area made it a perfect place to relax. Towels provided, phew!

The nearest airport is not a private jet landing strip. How inconvenient!

The cottage felt like home - it was cozy and welcoming. The fully equipped kitchen and washing machine were very convenient for long-term travelers like us. The town had a small shop for basic groceries, and there were some nice places to eat. The host, Linda, was friendly and helpful, always available if we needed anything. Our kids loved the nearby park, and the location was perfect for exploring the Fife coast and the north.

There weren't really any drawbacks. The only thing to mention is that parking had to be on the main road, about 50 yards away, but it was still manageable.

This cozy cottage is perfectly located for exploring the surrounding area, with plenty of walks and attractions nearby. The cottage itself is well-equipped and beautifully decorated, with modern amenities and spacious rooms. The bathroom is large and ideal for relaxing after a long day of activities. The friendly host is always available to answer any questions or provide assistance. You'll feel right at home with the wide selection of board games and DVDs to keep you entertained.

The lighting throughout the cottage could be brighter, especially for doing makeup or other tasks that require good visibility.
